Notification data

OccHealthNow Ltd t/a Healthyshoots may process information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our online forms/questionnaires (“notification data”). Our forms/questionnaires may only be received by the user if

(2) the user registers for a service.
An invitation email will be sent to the email address registered by a user for the first time. The invitation email is used to prove whether the owner of the email address is authorised to receive the form/questionnaire.

When the user registers, we may also store the IP address of the computer system assigned by the Internet service provider (ISP) and used by the user at the time of the registration, as well as the date and time of the registration. OccHealthNow Ltd t/a Healthyshoots may process anonymised data derived from employee health forms for the purpose of training and improving our AI models.
