What is FSB Occupational Health?
FSB Occupational Health is an exclusive service, designed specifically with the needs of smaller businesses in mind. The service is provided in partnership with Healthyshoots, a network of occupational health specialists, with over 25 years’ industry experience. Understanding that many small businesses may be new to occupational health, Healthyshoots gives additional support for FSB throughout the entire process.

Unlike many other providers, FSB Occupational Health offers members the choice of either pay-as-you-go case management, or a more comprehensive annual retained service with a simple pricing structure. No contract tie-ins. We’re here for you when you need us.
The experts at Healthyshoots will discuss options with you and help you select the best fit foryour business:
• Pay-as-you-go case management service
Fully-supported service, including access to a secure online portal. The cost per case is £75 + VAT. Great for smaller businesses with fewer employees.
• Annual retained service
Fully-supported service, including access to a secure online portal and unlimited
case questionnaires. The cost is £250 + VAT for 12 months of unlimited support.
Great for larger businesses with more employees.
How do FSB members access the Occupational Health service?

The triage service is an initial assessment to determine the nature and urgency of the referral. It can be for any occupational health-related issue - it's a way of having occupational health support available to you when you need it.
There is no charge for the initial call, and no obligation to continue. In many cases, advice will be offered and there will be no need for any service to be provided, in this instance, the advice is completely free to FSB members.

Our FSB Occupational Health benefit matches the individual case to the most appropriate practitioner available.
