Welcome to the FSB members-only Occupational Health service.

You’re probably here because you, or a member of your team, have a health condition that affects, or could affect, the work of your business, and you need help to resolve the problem.

From our 30+ years of experience, we know that businesses often need help around:

  • Sickness absence and ill-health management, i.e., getting employees and business owners back to work as safely and quickly as possible.
  • Preventative action to keep workers healthy and safe whilst in work.
  • Workplace adjustments for individuals with long-term health conditions.
  • Workplace adjustments for a pregnant employee.
  • Rehabilitation for individuals who have suffered a life-changing illness, e.g., heart attack, stroke.

We have partnered with FSB to develop an information and ongoing support service that enables members to speak to an Occupational Health expert free of charge. The expert will discuss the range of options and solutions, explain the costs involved, and offer guidance on the best provider and next steps. We can support you through the whole process to ensure the best outcome, and we believe that using our solution will save you time, energy, and money.

Simply fill in the form, and within a few hours you will receive an email from us to arrange a telephone call to discuss your case. Only, if after the initial call you decide to proceed to use our portal to manage your case will you incur a cost. The cost is £75 plus VAT per case.

*Please note: When you are completing the Contact Telephone number it should not have any spaces in it, and we are finding that mobile numbers tend to be preferable, because we can text you to let you know that an email has been sent to you (if they go into your spam box - they can be missed).

Our Policy

*You do not receive immediate confirmation that your registration has worked but you will receive an email from us the same working day.

Please note: *Emails are sent the same day of registering but during normal working hours (8am to 6pm). They are not sent weekends or Bank Holidays.

If after the initial call you decide you would like to proceed to a clinician's report, you will be invited to register on our Healthyshoots Portal, where you will get access to:

  • The best Occupational Health clinicians in the country, and more importantly, we can ensure the provider we suggest to you is the best for your case.
  • A fair price that we have negotiated for you, which is fixed, so you will know at the outset that you are paying the right price.
  • Ongoing advice about your case, including telephone support.
  • Support in completing forms, ensuring you provide sufficient information and ask the right questions.
  • Secure management of data you may need to provide about your employee.
  • Ability to store the final OH report results within the portal.
  • Advice on how to work with the report results and what it means for your business.
  • Advice on how to access Government funding via Access to Work Schemes or Tax Relief on remedial solutions such as counselling and physiotherapy.

Remember, there is no cost for the initial telephone consultation.
